Why we were established
The Adelaide Football Club, since its inception in 1991, has been actively and passionately involved in the South Australian community. The main focus of the Club has always been children in need.
Due to the vast number of requests for support the Club decided in 2005 to establish the Crows Foundation which would fundraise independently of the Football Club with a specific focus to raise and donate funds to children in need.
The Crows Foundation was established in May 2005 and has raised and donated more than $500,000 to a range of charities. These include: Childhood Cancer, Operation Flinders, JDRF, Red Cross Breakfast Club, Ronald McDonald House, Save the Children, Flinders Medical Centre, Muscular Dystophy Association, Time for Kids, YWCA, The Smith Family, Arthritis SA, Australian Cranio Facial, Big brother Big sister, Bluearth, Camp Quality, Foundation 21, Hudson Maher, Royal Flying Doctors Service and Starlight Foundation.
